We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order on unworn, unwashed items. Choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange — just email hola@flordehilo.com to start. Buyer pays return shipping.

Jewelry is final sale for hygiene reasons unless damaged or incorrect.

Send photos to hola@flordehilo.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
