By shopping at flordehilo.com, you agree to these terms. We're a small shop selling handmade Mexican artisanal clothing and jewelry — each piece is made by hand, so slight variations in color, stitching, and sizing are part of the craft, not flaws.

Your purchase

Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders placed on the basis of an error — you'll be refunded in full.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order on unworn, unwashed items. Choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange — just email hola@flordehilo.com to start. Buyer pays return shipping.

Jewelry is final sale for hygiene reasons unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send photos to hola@flordehilo.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Shipping risk

Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once your order ships. If a package is lost, we'll work with the carrier on a claim and with you on a replacement or refund.

Intellectual property

All product photos, embroidery designs, and site content are the property of Flor de Hilo. Please don't reproduce them without permission.
