Where we ship
We ship from Arlington, Texas via USPS. US orders are calculated at checkout — we always use the lowest available USPS rate for your destination. US shipping is free on orders over $150.
For international orders, email us at hola@flordehilo.com for a shipping quote before ordering.
Processing time
In-stock items ship within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Custom and made-to-order pieces carry a lead time of 8–12 weeks (sometimes longer) — the timeline is confirmed with you before we begin.
A note on holiday shipping
Temporary carrier surcharges (Oct 4, 2026 – Jan 17, 2027) are reflected in our rates — we don't inflate prices beyond what the carriers charge.
Order by these dates for Christmas delivery (2026)
- Standard shipping: order by Dec 17
- Priority shipping: order by Dec 18
- Express shipping: order by Dec 19
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & territories: order by Dec 16 (standard shipping)
These are USPS recommended mail-by dates for delivery by Dec 25. After Dec 19, choose express shipping at checkout.
Tracking & delays
Every order ships with tracking. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands — we can't control weather or peak-season delays, but we'll help you track it down. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us at hola@flordehilo.com.

Address changes
If you catch an address error, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before the package ships.
